Very disappointing experience. I contacted this company expecting a straightforward rubbish removal service based on what was explained to me and what is shown on their website. However, after discussing the job, the final price was higher than expected and not clearly explained upfront. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I had to chase multiple times just to get clear answers. When I raised concerns about the pricing and service, the response did not resolve the issue. Great job - had a bathroom refit so lots of rubbish like broken tiles, bits of wood, pipework etc as shown in the photo. Called them one day and they asked for a photo. I would like to take the time and send this feedback for Daniel and his team as they been amazing.
